If there’s any card that captures the past few weeks, it’s the Tower. We’re all watching the second Trump administration tear the structure of government to the ground. The phrase “crash and burn” comes to mind.
Still, this reversal reminds me that it’s possible to conjure hope in spite of all evidence to the contrary.
